INFORMED THE PERSON-IN-CHARGE OF THE COMPLAINT THAT WAS FILED WITH THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT THAT STATED THAT EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS WERE NOT WEARING MASKS.
EMPLOYEES WERE OBSERVED TO NOT BE WEARING MASKS. MANAGER HAS STATED EMPLOYEES OF THIS DOLLAR GENERAL HAVE MEDICAL ISSUES THAT PREVENT THEM FROM WEARING MASKS. SHE STATED THAT MEDICAL EXEMPTION LETTERS WERE SENT TO CORPORATE AND WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR ME TO INSPECT AT A LATER DATE. A FOLLOW-UP IS SCHEDULED IN 7 DAYS. |
